Please read these terms & conditions carefully before using our site or ordering any products. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these terms & conditions for future reference.
By accessing, browsing, using or registering with our website, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms & conditions, we would recommend that you do not use our website.
INFORMATION ABOUT US
www.dinakashaplondon.com is operated by DKL. We are a UK based retailer designing bespoke outfits.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We accept orders from individuals within the United Kingdom and worldwide.
YOUR STATUS
By placing an order through our site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are a minimum age of 18 years old.
ORDERS
All items are subject to availability. Should the product (i.e. material / colour etc) you have ordered be unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of this. We will offer you with an alternative where possible or provide a refund of the payment made as soon as possible.
The completion of the checkout service does not constitute as a completed order. An order is only complete once it has been dispatched from us. We will send you an email which confirms that the order has been dispatched. Please note as garments are of a bespoke nature completion and delivery may take 4 weeks, when delivered to mainland UK. This timeframe may vary for international orders dependant on the country.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime.
PRODUCTS
Whilst we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. However, due to computer monitor displays and differing screens resolutions, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colour will be accurate. There may be colour variations between the product in the image and the actual colour of the product.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price payable for the products shall be as shown on our website. Prices advertised on our website are inclusive of delivery charges to mainland UK. Delivery charges are applicable on international orders dependant on country of delivery.
We will not process your order until payment has been received in full.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Any price change will not affect orders which we have already accepted.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations at any time within 14 calendar days (“The Cancellation Period”).
CANCELLATIONS
As our garments a bespoke designs the following cancellation terms apply:
Orders cancelled with 14 days shall receive a full refund of the payment made.
Orders cancelled out with 14 days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled after garments have been completed will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
REFUND / EXCHANGES
All our garments are quality checked before dispatch to customers. However if in the unfortunate event the item(s) received are damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item to notify us of the damage. If you fail to inform us within this period we may be unable to refund / exchange.
All refunds / exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
EXTERNAL LINKS / THIRD PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to other websites or interests operated by third parties to which we have no control over. We assume no liability for the content of external links we are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content or any other transactions made in connection with any third party websites.

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website, nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a contract are determined by any competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable to any extent, such term, conditions or provisions will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause/sub clause as is permitted by law.

MODIFICATION TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Any price change will not affect orders which we have already accepted.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
